Katona Lajos Individual Contractor (hereinafter: Data Controller) handles the personal data of registered users in connection with its online sales activities, solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and in order to fulfill its obligation related to fulfillment (invoicing). It only handles personal data that is essential to the purpose of the data processing and suitable for that purpose. It handles personal data only to the extent and for the time necessary to achieve the purpose.
The Data Controller protects the personal data of registered users managed in the web store in all expected ways.

Legal basis of data management: 2011 CXII. Act on the Right to Self-Determination of Information and Freedom of Information Section 5 (1) a) The consent of the data subject.
Consent to data management: The user expressly consents to the processing of his / her personal data voluntarily provided during registration.

Scope of managed data: data provided by registered users during registration required to fulfill the order: Name, Contact (phone, email), Shipping address, Billing address
The purpose of data collection: fulfillment of orders and invoicing.
Identity of potential data controllers entitled to access the data:
- Commercial and shipping staff of Lajos Katona Individual Contractor.
- In the case of an Authorized External Supplier, also its name and details.
Duration of data management: personal data stored electronically will be deleted within 365 days of order fulfillment.
The customer can request it from the data controller
- information on the processing of your personal data,
- correction of your personal data,
- deletion or blocking of your personal data.
The user can view, change or delete his / her data by entering the web store pages using the username and password provided during registration.
If you have previously sent an order, the order is accompanied by valid data at the time of sending. You can request information, modification or deletion of your personal data related to the order in person, by phone or e-mail from the data controller.
The controller shall provide the information in writing in a comprehensible form at the request of the registered user as soon as possible after the submission of the request, but no later than within 10 days. If the registered user finds the request to be legitimate, he / she will take immediate action to correct or delete his / her personal data.
If the registered user is not satisfied with the data controller's response, he / she can enforce his / her right to the protection of his / her personal data before a civil court, as well as apply to the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority (www.naih.hu/konnectat.html).
