Acceptance of the general terms and conditions
1. During registration or purchase (in both cases), the user, if he wishes to use the services of the Webshop, is obliged to accept the terms and conditions of these GTC, which he can do by selecting the checkbox on the form. Upon acceptance of the terms and conditions of the GTC, a contract in accordance with these GTC shall be concluded between the Service Provider and the user of the Web Store.
2. If the user does not accept the terms and conditions of the GTC, he / she cannot use the services of the Webshop. You cannot register or send orders.

Conclusion of the sales contract:
1. If the user sends an order on the pages of the Web Store and the service provider confirms the order by e-mail, a sales contract is concluded between the customer (user) and the service provider. (If the e-mail confirming the receipt of the order is not received by the customer within 48 hours, the customer is released from the offer, he is not obliged to buy the ordered product or use the service.)
2. The user accepts that the contract concluded in this way is considered to be concluded in writing and is governed by the law of Hungary. The provisions of these GTC apply to the contract.
3. The contract is concluded in Hungarian, the Webshop stores it automatically in electronic form. Available to the user after logging in to the Web Store. You can read, save or print its contents.

The prices published in the Webshop are gross prices plus VAT, which include the price of the products and the costs of home delivery to the ground floor,

2. The delivery of the products is carried out by the service provider at a time agreed with the customer.
3. The buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the package at the time of delivery (or personal receipt). In the case of damaged packaging, the defect must be recorded on site.

How to file a warranty or guarantee claim
1. Personal notification
The buyer may personally declare his warranty or guarantee claim to the Serviced
(Address of the Service Provider). At this time, the employee of the Service Provider draws up a report on his objection, in which he records:
- the name and address of the buyer,
- the name of the product, the purchase price,
- date of purchase,
- the date on which the error was reported, - a description of the error,
- the demand to be asserted by the customer,
- the method of resolving the objection.
If the method of resolving the objection differs from the customer's request, the reasons for this shall be recorded in the minutes.
A copy of the minutes will be provided by the buyer.
2. Written notification
The customer can declare his warranty or guarantee claim by sending a letter to the Service Provider (4150 Püspökladány Jókai utca 47 Hungary) or by e-mail (soldier67.ls@gmail.com).
The letter must then include: - the name and address of the buyer,
- the name of the product, the purchase price,
- date of purchase,
- the date of notification of the error,
- a description of the error,
- the claim to be asserted by the customer.
